I was very happy to attend the British Beauty Council last week in Parliament.
The beauty industry contributed £27.2 billion to the British economy last year.
Furthermore, thousands of entrepreneurs in the beauty industry drive traffic to our high streets everyday with their businesses. They are a vital part of local economies and thus I was happy to speak with both founders and employees at the event.
