Whoberley Hall Visit

7 February 2025

I visited Whoberley Hall to have a general chat with students. I absolutely love visiting local schools and speaking to children. I love to see how students engage in political and local issues at such a young age. The students asked some brilliant questions, and I spoke to them about what I do as an MP.

The students raised a few issues they were concerned about – mainly in relation to road safety issues. They spoke about their fears of crossing the road safely near the school. Understanding their concerns was really useful for the broader road safety campaign that I’m coordinating with Whoberley councillors.
