Helping to end fuel poverty by offering advice and support to fuel-poor households in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as advocating for policy and regulation to protect the most vulnerable households. We also offer training to frontline staff of other organisations, to they can best support fuel-poor households.
A team of energy efficiency experts offering free, impartial advice to help people take control of their bills and save energy in the home. Advice could be about paying off debt with energy or water companies, or spotting other concerns for a referral to other services.
Citizen’s Advice has a page full of links for advice on lots of different issues related to energy support. These might be related to your energy meter, saving energy at home, problems with your energy bill, finding a better energy deal, and more.
