British Generic Manufacturers Association – Women’s Network Launch

Last week I was honoured to join the British Generic Manufacturers Association for the official launch of their Women’s Network.

I joined their Chief Executive Mark Samuels and Chair (and Country Manager and Sandoz UK&I) Diane DiGangi Trench to take part in a panel discussion chaired by Verity Barton, Associate Director at Instinctif Partners.

We spoke about the challenges facing women today within the pharmaceuticals industry, including the need to improve diversity in senior positions and reduce the gender wage gap, as well as the role men can play as allies in advancing gender equality. I also really enjoyed listening to the discussion on the role of networks in career growth for women.
