Today is Windrush Day – a time to honour the Windrush generation and their enduring contributions to British society.
On Friday my team joined the flag raising ceremony outside Coventry City Council to mark this important occasion and stand in solidarity with our Caribbean communities.
Windrush Day reminds us of the strength, resilience, and legacy of those who helped rebuild Britain and enrich our national life.
